Three Pathways, Handled With Care
From initial visa categories through to permanent residency, each of our services follows a structured methodology built around Thai government requirements and your individual circumstances.
Back to HomeHow Each Engagement Works
Every service follows the same foundational methodology — adapted to the specific requirements of each immigration category.
Assessment
We review your eligibility, employer situation, and the most appropriate route before any documents are prepared.
Preparation
A tailored document checklist is compiled and reviewed. We handle translations, certifications, and employer-side coordination.
Submission
A second advisor reviews the dossier before submission. We attend relevant appointments with you at government offices.
Follow-up
We track status and handle any authority queries. Active clients receive proactive reminders for renewals and reporting dates.
Non-Immigrant Visa Consultation
Advisory and document preparation for the full range of Non-Immigrant categories: B (Business), O (Family), ED (Education), and O-A (Retirement). We cover initial applications, in-country category changes where applicable, and support through the first renewal cycle.
Each engagement begins with an eligibility assessment and a review of your specific situation — employer type, relationship to a Thai national, or educational institution — before any document preparation begins. We prepare the full application dossier and provide embassy or immigration office liaison support throughout.
What Is Included
- Visa category eligibility review
- Tailored document checklist
- Document review and preparation
- Embassy liaison support
- 90-day reporting setup guidance
- First renewal cycle support
Work Permit Application
Complete work permit management from WP-1 form preparation through Ministry of Labour submission. We handle new applications and annual renewals, as well as notification-of-change filings when your role, salary, or work location changes during the permit period.
Employer documentation coordination is central to this service — we work directly with your HR or company secretary to ensure all corporate documents are properly certified and aligned with the Ministry of Labour's current requirements, including BOI or DBD classification where applicable.
What Is Included
- WP-1 form preparation
- Employer documentation coordination
- BOI/DBD requirement alignment
- Ministry of Labour submission
- Annual renewal management
- Change notification filings
Permanent Residency Filing
Comprehensive preparation for Thai permanent residency applications, addressing the full documentation standard applied by the Immigration Bureau under annual quota conditions. Given the complexity and quota constraints, each engagement begins with a feasibility review to assess timing and category suitability before any documents are compiled.
The service covers income and tax documentation spanning the required residency period, Thai language proficiency preparation guidance, police clearance coordination, and full dossier assembly. Interview preparation is included for clients whose applications progress to that stage.
What Is Included
- Feasibility review
- Quota category assessment
- Income and tax documentation

Shared Protocols
Data Security
Client documents are handled in accordance with Thailand's PDPA 2019. Physical copies are stored in access-controlled filing; digital copies on encrypted systems.

Written Scope Agreement
Fees and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins. No additional charges are applied for routine correspondence or document reviews within the agreed scope.
Named Advisor
Each client has a named advisor as their primary point of contact for the duration of the engagement — no rotating contact centre staff.

Every application dossier is reviewed by a second advisor before submission to any government authority.
